Well, it’s time to head BACK to McDonald’s.

Hey, don’t judge us. Yes, we go to McDonald’s a lot. Um, we HAD to try that Double Big Mac, for…well…for SCIENCE.  We also had to try to collect all the Disney100 Happy Meal toys when they came out (sadly, our collection will forever be incomplete). Now, we have to go get one of our favorite shakes EVER because the Shamrock Shake is returning to McDonald’s. 

Yes, this is not a drill. The Shamrock Shake will return to McDonald’s around the nation this year. If you’ve never tried it, it’s made with creamy vanilla soft serve, blended with mint syrup, and topped with a sweet, whipped topping. If you love sweet, minty flavors, YOU NEED to try it.

You’ll also be able to get the OREO Shamrock McFlurry, which comes blended with crushed OREO cookies. Again, we can’t fault that snack AT ALL.

So when can you get your hands on these minty goodies? Well, they’ll both be hitting McDonald’s menus on February 5th (granted, the shake machine at your local McDonald’s isn’t broken again). They’re only available for a limited time (usually through St. Patrick’s Day in March), so if you want to get your hands on either treat, you’ll need to head to McDonald’s pretty quickly.

Also, we’ll just warn you now: stay away from the Double Big Mac — we decided it should be illegal. Just grab some fries to dip in your shake (yes, we do that), and you’ll be all good.
