The ULTIMATE Guide to Late Night Food In Orlando

Are you and your Disney World traveling crew the Rope Drop set or night-lights-and-fireworks types?

Happily Ever After

Or maybe you’re that rare breed when it comes to visiting the Disney World parks: the first to get there and the last to leave! Well, this one’s for our night owls out there — the ones who make every last minute of a day (or evening) in the parks count, catching Happily Ever After or that last showing of Fantasmic!… and getting so caught up in the excitement that you don’t realize you’ve forgotten to grab that final hot dog at Casey’s Corner or Carrot Cake Cookie at The Trolley Car Cafe until it’s all over!

What you might need, in this instance, are some great suggestions for late night EATS around Orlando… and that’s what we’re bringing you today.

Cafe 34 Instanbul

Located on International Drive, Café 34 Istanbul is the one restaurant on this list that is open for 24 HOURS. BAM! When we’re talking late night, there is a dedicated Halal menu for the hours of 1AM – 11:30AM.

And that After Hours menu is by no means short on choices! Cold and Hot Appetizer selections (including combo plates), Soups & Salads, and Entrees like Beef or Lamb Kebabs and much more are up for grabs. Find more info at www.cafe34istanbul.com.

BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse

There are several BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse locations around Orlando, with one location right near Disney World in Lake Buena Vista, another in Kissimmee, and another on International Drive. Though closing times can vary by location, you’ll generally find that BJ’s is open until midnight (though the Lake Buena Vista and I-Drive locations don’t close until 1AM on Fridays and Saturdays.)

The HUGE menu offers everything from pizzas and burgers to pasta and steaks and oodles more. And don’t forget to order a Pizookie! (That advice goes for any time of day you find yourself at a BJ’s, but a warm, gooey cookie served a la mode in a deep dish pizza pan is an especially fitting late-night eat, don’t you think?) Check out bjsrestaurants.com for the full scoop!

The H Orlando

You know, there’s another scenario here… perhaps you AREN’T going straight from the parks to your late night dining destination. Maybe you spent a full day in Magic Kingdom, then took some time in your Resort hotel to rest up a bit. Now you’re refreshed… and HUNGRY. And maybe you have the time to indulge in something completely different….

… like late night FINE DINING at The H Orlando on Dr. Phillips Boulevard. Caviar, Sushi, and a Smoked Wagyu Pastrami are a few items you’ll find on the late night menu.

Hours vary throughout the week, with the earliest closing at midnight and the latest at 2AM. Be sure to check the website in advance (thehorlando.com) to learn about the dress code and to note the hours that are open only to guests 21 and over.

The Whiskey

Cheese Curds. Fried Pickles. Whiskey Wings. Smoked Brisket Grilled Cheese. Classic (and beyond) BURGERS. You’ll find more than just Whiskey at The Whiskey… though, of course, you’ll find plenty of that, too. 😉

The Whiskey is located on Sand Lake Road in Orlando, and closes at 12AM on Sundays and Mondays, but not until 2AM on Tuesdays through Saturdays.

BIG BONUS: There is also live music featuring local artists 7 days a week! The hours for music are listed as the following on The Whiskey website (downatthewhiskey.com):

Monday: 8pm-11pm
Tuesday: 9pm-12am
Wednesday: 9pm-12am
Thursday: 9pm-12am
Friday: 10pm-1am
Saturday: 10pm-1am
Sunday: 8pm-11pm

Woo hoo!

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

Late night all-you-can-eat HOT POT? You bet!

©KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot

You’ll find a KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot on Palm Parkway (which is open until 12:30AM on Fridays and Saturdays, and 11:30PM the rest of the week), and there is currently one location in Kissimmee — and another on the way! — which has an 11:30 closing time on Fridays and Saturdays.

Be aware that the final seating is one hour prior to closing. Find more at thekpot.com.

Sloppy Joe’s Orlando

Orlando’s ICON Park on International Drive is where you’ll find Sloppy Joe’s, which closes at 11PM on Mondays through Thursdays, and 12AM and Fridays and Saturdays. Sunday nights bring a little earlier closing at 10PM.

©Sloppy Joe’s Orlando

The inspiration behind Sloppy Joe’s is shared on the Sloppy Joe’s Orlando website (sloppyjoesorlando.com): “The official beginning of Sloppy Joe’s Bar, the famous and infamous Key West saloon, was December 5, 1933–the day Prohibition was repealed.” You’ll find pub grub and island-inspired eats along with cocktails such as Key West Coladas, Sloppy Ritas, and Hemingway Daquiris. Cheers!

Yard House

Also at ICON Park is the Yard House, whose website (yardhouse.com) boasts “Great Food” and Classic Rock” as well as the “World’s Largest Selection of Draft Beer.”

On Mondays through Wednesdays, of-age guests can partake in Late Night Happy Hour from 10PM to closing time (which is 11:30PM on those nights and also Sundays, and 1AM on Fridays and Saturdays). Online pickup is also a late-night option if you prefer to grab some bites and bring them back to your hotel!

Kitty O’Sheas Irish Pub and Buffalo Bar

Inside and outdoor bars. Live entertainment. Karaoke nights. Nightly drink specials. A game room. It’s all at Kitty O’Sheas Irish Pub and Buffalo Bar in Lake Buena Vista on Palm Parkway!

©Kitty O’Sheas Irish Pub and Buffalo Bar

Per the menu on kittyosheaspub.com, the large appetizer menu includes Wings, Ground Beef Nachos as well as Irish Nachos (with corned beef), and even an Irish Quesadilla, and pub entrees include Fish & Chips and Homemade Shepherd’s Pie.

This late night spot closes at 2AM.

Twenty Pho Hour

Twenty Pho Hour (HA!) does, alas, have an actual closing time. 😉

©Twenty Pho Hour

But the 2AM closing on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday gives you plenty of time to grab unique sips like Milk Teas (with a cream cheese mousse add-on, if you wish) and egg rolls, dumplings, summer rolls, pho bowls, stir fry, and more. Check twenty-pho-hour.com for the complete menu.

Miller’s Ale House

I’ve dug into more than my fair share of Mountain Melts (loaded fries topped with chicken
Zingers®) after saying “good night” to Disney World with a stop by Miller’s Ale House. All Day Deals (including $9.99 Cheeseburgers & Fries) and Late Night Happy Hours can be enjoyed at this huge, casual sports restaurant.

There are several locations around Orlando, including a Lake Buena Vista location right near Disney Springs (open until 2AM) and another on Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway. Find more at millersalehouse.com

P.S. Outside of late nights, Miller’s Ale House is also a great spot to catch the big game while you’re on vacation!

There you go! A few options to enjoy late night for those who prefer to leave to Rope Dropping to other folks. 🙂 We hope you enjoy!
