3 NEW Menu Items Announced for Flying Fish in Disney World

Here at DFB, we take Disney food seriously.

Disney’s BoardWalk

Disney has been releasing tons of new food and drinks around the parks lately, and we’ve been on a mission to try them all. A milkshake that has guava, mango, vanilla, AND ginger? Yep, we had it. A German cake that has THIRTY layers? Of course, we tried it. Soon, a popular dining location on Disney’s BoardWalk is getting some unique new menu items–let’s take a look!

On June 14th, Flying Fish will debut three new dishes on its menu. First, the Spanish Octopus is a new addition with saffron aïoli, shaved fennel, and crispy garlic.

The Oak-grilled Romaine is also a new item coming next week that is made with buttermilk-crème fraîche, pecorino romano, and marinated vegetables.

Lastly, the Hazelnut Dacquoise is a new dessert that will debut with praline, milk chocolate whipped cream, candied hazelnuts, and orange sorbet.
