REVIEW: Celebration Sundae With New Birthday and Unbirthday Mickey Ear Bowls at Disneyland

Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor at Disneyland Park is now serving a celebration sundae in birthday and unbirthday bowls shaped like Mickey ear hats.

Celebration Sundae – $15.49

Guests get to choose between the yellow “It’s my birthday!” or purple “A very merry unbirthday to you!” bowls.

The unbirthday bowl features teacups, the Mad Hatter’s hat, and a pink unbirthday cake on the ears.

Both bowls have the Disneyland Resort logo on the back.

The ears of the yellow bowl are black and decorated with balloons, streamers, confetti, and a birthday candle.

Now let’s get to the main event: the ice cream sundae!

The sundae comes in a plastic bowl inside a souvenir bowl with the lid open. And it is an amazing sundae!

There is a piece of white vanilla cake on the bottom and a giant scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. It’s covered in hot fudge, birthday sprinkles, and whipped cream.

To top it all off, there’s a chocolate “candle.” It’s simple but perfect.

Between the giant sundae and cute bowl, this is a photogenic and tasty treat that we would definitely get again.
