2 ‘WandaVision’ Recipes to Celebrate the Finale!

We don’t know about you, but we’ve been seriously obsessed with WandaVision.

It’s WandaVision… on a bus!

And we’ve really enjoyed seeing all the new WandaVision merchandise, along with eating some retro-inspired WandaVision cakes (one which left us WAY confused), and even seeing a Disney World bus dedicated to the series! And how could we forget the WandaVision frappuccino? It’s almost like we’re living in the Hex ourselves because WandaVision is everywhere!

But now we’ve seen everything because we’ve got two — count ’em, TWO — WandaVision recipes to share! And these might be perfect for celebrating the season finale! The first recipe is for Sokovian Iced Tea, which is similar to what Wanda drank way back in episode 2 (SO much has happened since then!). Here’s how to make it!

Refreshing beverage anyone? ©Marvel

Sokovian Iced Tea

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered tea
  • 1 cup powdered lemonade
  • 2 .13oz packets cherry drink mix (or whatever color/flavor you are going for)
  • Mint and lemon for garnish

Directions

  • Combine the mixes and store in an air-tight container.  Dilute with hot or cold water according to your taste.
  • Garnish with mint and lemon.

That was easy! But wait — there’s more! We also have a recipe for Doctor Nielsen’s Baby Fruit Salad! This fruit salad gets its name from episode 3 when Dr. Nielsen checks on Wanda and her babies-to-be. When he explains how babies grow, he compares the different fetus sizes to fruit, ending his statement with “HONEY-DUE.” Dad joke alert, btw.

Doctor Nielsen’s Baby Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • juice of one lemon
  • 1 pear, peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 papaya, peeled, seeded, and diced
  • 1 grapefruit, peeled and cut into segments
  • 4 ounces fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 honeydew
  • Binkies, for garnish

Directions

  • In a non-reactive bowl, place the lemon juice, pear, papaya, grapefruit, and pineapple.  Toss to combine and coat with the lemon juice.
  • To make the bassinet, slice a sliver off the side of the honeydew.  This will make for a stable bottom to the bassinet.
  • Make a vertical cut about 2/3 across to about halfway down from the top of the honeydew.  Cut perpendicularly and remove the section of honeydew.
  • Using a big spoon or melon baller, scrape out the seeds and discard.  Remove the flesh of the honeydew, adding as much as you’d like to the already mixed fruit and reserving the rest for later consumption or an agua fresca.
  • Garnish with binkies.
  • Fill the scraped honeydew with the fruit salad and serve.

This would be a super fun recipe for a baby shower, right?

So there you have it, two new recipes to try out while watching — or rewatching — the WandaVision season finale! And if we find any other fun recipes, we’ll be sure to let you know!
