REVIEW: May the 4th Shaaken Beef with Tatooine Bounty at Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge in Disneyland

Visit Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disneyland this summer for a new Shaaken Beef with Tatooine Bounty dish.

Shaaken Beef with Tatooine Bounty – $17.99

with peppers, onions, and crispy kale

Shaaken Beef with Tatooine Bounty: A skillet containing a colorful stir-fry with ground meat, kale, red bell peppers, and onions, served with a fork on a concrete surface.

This is quite good. It has a little bit of spice but nothing intolerable. Despite the beef looking weird, it tasted good. It was tender and cooked well.

A stir-fried dish in a black skillet containing beef, kale, red bell peppers, and onions, with a fork inside.

The sauce is flavorful. The kale, despite not having much flavor, adds innocuous nutritional value. It doesn’t quite hit the highs of the Fried Chicken Baos and Dewback Chili Noodles, but it’s still good.

Rating out of 7: 6

The dish is named after Shaak, a livestock creature native to Naboo.

This will be available from May 4 through August 22. Check out the full list of May the 4th menu items.
