PHOTOS, VIDEO: First Look at ‘Alice & the Queen of Hearts’ BMX Stunt Show at Disneyland Paris

Thanks to Sortir à Paris, we have our first look at the new “Alice in Wonderland” BMX stunt show at Disneyland Paris.

‘Alice & the Queen of Hearts: Return to Wonderland’

“Alice & the Queen of Hearts: Back to Wonderland” is set to premiere for guests on May 25, 2024, with performances scheduled through September 29, 2024. Sortir à Paris attended a preview of the show, which replaces “Moteurs…Action!: Stunt Show Spectacular” at Walt Disney Studios Park (soon to be Disney Adventure World). “Moteurs…Action!” closed permanently in 2020.

The show features several “Alice in Wonderland” characters in modernized costumes. These include Alice, the Queen of Hearts, the Mad Hatter, and the White Rabbit.

In addition to BMX stunts, “Alice & the Queen of Hearts” features acrobatics, singing, dancing, trampolining, and pyrotechnics. The large set is painted with brightly colored graffiti-style images. There are several bike ramps and a 14-meter trampoline.

Songs include the new “Welcome to Wonderland” and classic “Golden Afternoon.” A dozen video screens resembling playing cards offer close-ups of the action and extra imagery. The Cheshire Cat appears on the screens.

Audience members will decide the ending by choosing who should win the croquet game: Alice or the Queen. Sortir à Paris noted they expect the Queen to win most of the time.

Sortir à Paris gave “Alice & the Queen of Hearts: Return to Wonderland” a positive review. The show is about 30 minutes long with three performances per day.
