We have exciting news on a NEW attraction coming to Magic Kingdom. And no, we’re not talking about Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

Back in 2023, we told you about a new attraction coming to Fantasyland called Smellephants on Parade. Disney described this as an interactive experience that will be a “family-friendly search and sniff adventure in Storybook Circus. Okay…that sounds…interesting, right? The experience will be sponsored, appropriately enough, by Scentsy. We saw that permits had been filed to put the new experience in Magic Kingdom, and now, Disney has given us a FIRST LOOK!
Disney shared, “When entering Storybook Circus, guests will stumble upon a casting call posted by Timothy Q. Mouse, seeking out a “Whiff-sistant” to join Dumbo’s newest act. At the ticket booth in front of Big Top Souvenirs, a cast member will provide guests with an illustrated map of the land and a sticker sheet to guide them in their first task as a Whiff-sistant.”

From there, you’ll track down eight Smellephant statues around Storybook Circus while using your map and stickers to track your progress. The very first Smellephant has arrived to the park, as you can see, and he’s disguised as POPCORN!

Disney said, “As others arrive, guests will encounter additional circus-themed Smellephants, featuring fragrances provided by Scentsy, like Churro, Cotton Candy and more!”

The best part? This experience is totally FREE and opens NEXT MONTH! This could be a great way to spend time in the parks for people of all ages. However, we feel like it’s going to make us pretty hungry. It’s a good thing Big Top Treats is RIGHT THERE!
