New lighting effects have been added to ImageWorks, the interactive play area at the exit to Journey Into Imagination With Figment at EPCOT.

New lighting effects are being projected onto the floor of ImageWorks. The spirals had been used previously and now stars have been added.

This follows the news that Disney has filed a permit for construction at the Imagination! pavilion and amidst rumors of changes coming to the attraction. Another recent development was the restoration of the water cooler effect on the ride that had been broken for years.
