In the Central Florida Tourism Oversight District’s state lawsuit against Disney, the media giant has filed a document indicating their intent to record depositions of the District’s Board of Supervisors.

Here is the schedule of upcoming depositions:
- March 22: Martin Garcia
- April 2: Charbel Barakat
- April 2: Ron Peri
- April 3: Bridget Ziegler
- April 11: Brian Aungst Jr.
- April 12: Michael Sasso
Sasso resigned from the Board last May. Everyone else is a current Board member, with Garcia being the Chair and Barakat being the Vice Chair.
The depositions will be videotaped.
In their separate public records lawsuit against the District, Disney recently filed a Motion for Injunctive Relief in which they said the District has been “plagued by chaos and upheaval.” The District took over what was previously Reedy Creek Improvement District last year with a new Board of Supervisors appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis in retaliation against Disney denouncing Florida’s Parental Rights in Education law (a.k.a. “Don’t Say Gay”).
