We’ve got a short list of Disney rides that are TOTAL must-dos for us.

Many rides are classic attractions like Pirates of the Caribbean (that SMELL alone gives us nostalgic feels). Haunted Mansion is also a no-brainer for us because the special effects in that attraction STILL make us happy. We will also make time to hop on Soarin’ despite the fact if you’re not sitting right in the center, the Eiffel Tower looks like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. But we’ve got some good news, Soarin’ Over California is set to return soon in Disney California Adventure!

In case you missed it, the Disney California Adventure Food and Wine Festival begins on March 1st and runs through April 22nd. In honor of the festival, Soarin’ Over California will return to that park on March 1st! It’s like regular Soarin’, but this time, you’ll be gliding above California’s natural and man-made wonders, accompanied by a score by Academy Award-winning composer Jerry Goldsmith.

Once you’ve been on Soarin’ Over California a few times, be sure to check out the rest of the Food and Wine Festival, too. There will be a TON of food booths with delicious cuisine, plus demonstrations, tastings, seminars, special entertainment, festival-exclusive merchandise, characters, and more.

We’ll also be there on day ONE of the festival to fill you in on everything there is to eat and drink and tell you all about the special events and entertainment happening during the festival. Stay tuned to DFB for more.
