(Pointing to a sunken ship) There it is. Isn’t it fantastic? Come on! Let’s explore and look for more thing-a-ma-bobs to add to my collection. Oh Flounder, don’t be such a guppy. It’s not so scary. The human world is amazing! So many treasures to uncover.

Oh my gosh! (Sees a fork and picks it up) Have you ever seen anything so wonderful in your entire life? I don’t know what this is, but I bet Scuttle will. We have to keep looking for more gadgets and gizmos and see what else we can find before my father finds out.

Eric: Audition Side

Grim, I’m telling you, a girl, rescued me… she was real! I don’t know her name, but I remember she has long red hair, eyes the color of the sea, and a voice so beautiful it hits you, bam, like a bolt of lightning.

Look, I can tell you are still sore because I didn’t fall for the princess of Glauerhaven, and I know the entire kingdom wants to see me happily settle down sooner rather than later. But her voice. It’s like a mesmerizing song I can’t get out of my head.

She’s out there somewhere. I just – I just haven’t found her yet. Nevertheless, when I do, believe me Grim, I’ll know – without a doubt, she’s the one. Will you help me find her?

‘Voyage of The Little Mermaid’

“Voyage of The Little Mermaid” was a theatrical stage production based on the animated film that opened at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, then Disney-MGM Studios, in 1992. The show featured live actors for Ariel and Eric, and puppets for Sebastian, Flounder, Ursula, and Max.

The show closed with the rest of Walt Disney World Resort for the COVID-19 pandemic in March 2020, but was never reopened. The theater for the show, located in the park’s Animation Courtyard, has since been closed off to guests. Its replacement production, “The Little Mermaid – A Musical Adventure,” was announced in December 2023.
