Have you heard of the NEW restaurant at Pixar Place Hotel in Disneyland?

Pixar Place Hotel is the re-themed Paradise Pier Hotel, and part of the hotel’s major upgrade includes a new table service restaurant called Great Maple. We’ve got an important update for you about this spot!

Great Maple has actually already opened at Pixar Place Hotel! However, the restaurant was only open for walk-up guests. Starting today, November 21st, reservations are officially open and available for the restaurant. 

Disney notes that reservations for Great Maple are highly recommended. You can make those reservations online at Disney’s website or on the Disneyland app. You might be able to walk up and join a waitlist, but it’s safer to make reservations so that you know your spot is secured.

Great Maple is a “Southern California-based modern American eatery.” It serves upscale dishes of fan-favorite comfort foods like fried chicken, burgers, and even salads.

This restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner and provides easy access for overnight guests, locals, and theme park visitors. Plus, it has an all-day brunch menu!

Signature dishes include Buttermilk Fried Chicken & Maple Bacon Doughnuts, the Cajun Shrimp & Cheddar Biscuit Benedict, and the Soda Pop-Braised Baby Back Ribs. You can also indulge in the full bar which will serve wine, beer, and cocktails.
