“What’s This? Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas Sing-Along” made its debut this evening for the first night of Disney Jollywood Nights at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we were there to see it.

During Disney Jollywood Nights, guests can join Jack Skellington at Hyperion Theater for a sing-along adventure inspired by “Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas.”

The Hyperion stage has been transformed, with either side of the stage blocked with black drapery featuring art of Jack Skellington, pumpkins, and more.

The sing-along begins with an appearance by Jack Skellington, using the puppet from Disney’s Not-So-Spooky Fireworks at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.

During the show, two performers onstage watch and react as the events of the film unfold in what seems to be a basement, with moving boxes and old furniture decorating the set.

The performers do not actually speak or sing in the show.

Oogie Boogie himself appears to sing his own song.

Once Oogie Boogie is defeated, “snow” rains down in the theater before the film’s “Finale/Reprise” plays.

The Jack Skellington puppet returns at the end, and the show comes to a close.
The songs featured in the show are “What’s This?,” “Kidnap the Sandy Claws,” “Sally’s Song,” “Oogie Boogie’s Song,” and “Finale/Reprise.”
