A “new” entertainment offering of a pirate band was advertised for this year’s Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party. The Adventureland performance was actually the return of Rusty Cutlass.
Rusty Cutlass Pirate Band Returns
Returning this year is Rusty Cutlass, a longtime favorite pirate band. They can be found at the Adventureland stage performing swashbuckling sea shanties.
Rusty Cutlass is no stranger to the Magic Kingdom, having made many appearances over the year, including a holiday-themed set during Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
They played pirate tunes like “Yo Ho (A Pirate’s Life for Me)” and a themed version of Redbone’s classic called “Come and Get Your Rum.”
Between songs, they involved the audience with punny jokes.

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party runs from August 11 through November 1 on select nights. A separate ticket is required to attend.
