This dish almost tastes like something one might find in an Italian restaurant rather than a Lunar New Year Festival.
Overall, these were fantastic, with a heavy garlic flavor. Wearing a mask around the park after eating a bowl of these may prove challenging if that’s your style, so beware! Overall, we would definitely get them again.

Pan-fried Noodles with Ground Pork and a spicy Tri-Chile Sauce
There are a lot of different dishes to try here at the festival, so eating this dish early on may make taste-testing other options difficult due to the spice.
Opt for the garlic noodles instead, because they’re heavy on flavor and light on spice.

This brand-new addition to the Lunar New Year celebration may just be the best non-alcoholic drink we’ve tried as part of this year’s festival. The tangy raspberry stands out making this an easy favorite.
The oat milk creates a distinct split from the tea in this pink drink topped with a fresh raspberry skewer garnish. Taking on its color from a combination of raspberry and simple syrups, this iced, non-alcoholic drink looks as good as it tastes.
The Raspberry Oat Milk Tea at Longevity Noodle Co. is just sweet enough to be enjoyable without being overpowering or inducing any sugar rush headaches. The flavor of the tea, itself, isn’t lost in the raspberry, offering a distinct and detectable soft taste. A creaminess is delivered from the oat milk without weighing down the flavors.
Overall, the Raspberry Oat Milk Tea is a great addition for those celebrating the Lunar New Year. We loved this drink so much, we would love to see it stick around Disney California Adventure as a delicious drink all its own.
