Tour a Room at the Swan Reserve Hotel in Disney World With Us!

There are so many hotels to choose from when taking a trip to Disney World. But, if you stay on property, you may get exclusive perks like extra time in the parks, early access to Individual Attraction Selections, and more!

Cinderella Castle

And surprisingly, you don’t actually have to stay at a Disney World Resort hotel to receive many of those perks. There are other on-property hotels that aren’t owned by Disney, like the Marriot’s Swan Reserve, that also offer some of these perks. The Swan Reserve, in particular, is classified as a Deluxe Resort hotel by Disney, meaning guests have access to all of the perks other Deluxe Resort guests receive. So, to see how the Swan Reserve matches up against other Deluxe Resort hotels, we toured a room!

Let’s head in! The entryway to the room has a full-length mirror on one side, and a closet and sliding door to the bathroom on the other.

Entryway

We’ll get to what’s inside the closet and bathroom a little later. But for now, let’s wander further into the room!

The Room

This room had a king-sized bed with a cushioned headboard.

The Bed Area

There were also two light fixtures on both sides of the bed…

…as well as nightstands. The nightstand on the right side had a pullout drawer with storage space underneath. It also had the TV remote, as well as a clock with USB ports.

Right Nightstand

The left side had the same nightstand, only with a phone, and a notepad with a pen. On this side, the outlets and USB ports were on the wall, above the nightstand.

Left Nightstand

Over to the left of the bed, the thermostat was accessible on the wall.

Across from the bed, there was a TV, dresser/storage space, and a desk.

The drawers of the dresser/storage space had plenty of room for clothes and other items. They were pretty deep too, which means you can fit a lot in there.

Drawers

The left side of this storage space housed another pullout drawer, as well as a safe.

The right side also opened up to reveal a mini-fridge. There was plenty of room for drinks, food, and other items. (This can be super helpful when you want to save a treat from the parks!)

And, around the right side of the storage space, there was an ice bucket with tongs, a tray, and two glass cups. There was also another strip of outlets and various ports.

Around the Right Side of the Storage Space

On top of this dresser/storage space, there was also a coffee machine station with wrapped cups, utensils, coffee inserts, and two complimentary bottles of water.

Now, let’s head over to the desk! The desk had a marbled design, with a lamp, and a chair with a blue, chevron pattern.

Desk Area

The desk also had a QR code to scan for more resort information.

Now, over to the couch! It looks like a normal couch with some cute decorative pillows, but don’t let it deceive you…

…as it also pulls open to provide another bed!

The couch also has an ottoman that comes with a tiny table.

As for the view, we could see the pool area, as well as tons of beautiful greenery!

The curtains also close to block out a lot of the light from outside, which is nice for a mid-day nap!

Closed Curtains

Back over to the front of the room! The closet opened up to reveal a luggage stand, robes, hangers, extra linens, and a Conair Steamer.

Inside the Closet

And the bathroom area was very spacious! The sink area had a large mirror

complimentary shower and self-care items

…as well as an area underneath with a basket of extra towels, a hairdryer, and an extra roll of toilet paper.

Underneath the Sink

The toilet was to the right of the sink, and was…well, it was a toilet. Not much to add from over here.

The shower also had tons of room…

…with an overhead faucet, as well as a removable, loose faucet.

And that closes out our room tour! Overall, we think this room provided a ton of space (especially in the bathroom), and had a very modern, updated look. We could picture ourselves getting reeaaaal comfy here after a long day in the parks!
