Lightyear is the newest Disney and Pixar movie coming to theaters on June 17th and you can already pre-order your tickets. In the meantime, you can stop by Disney Springs to try a NEW dessert inspired by Buzz Lightyear himself!
Today we stopped by Swirls on the Water in Disney Springs, where you can order the unique Dole Whip treats of your dreams! They even serve Dole Whip Flights. 
Swirls on the Water
New at Swirls on the Water is the Buzz Lightyear Cone, which is made with purple cheesecake soft-serve served in a green cone with white chocolate Buzz wings for $5.49. So cute! This dessert will be available from now until June 30th.
Buzz Lightyear Cone
We had this cold treat on a hot day, which meant it was EXTRA refreshing. The cheesecake flavor was present but it wasn’t super strong, and the cone was your typical ice cream cone. The wings were average white chocolate, the kind that you’ll find in many Disney World desserts.
It was melty
One thing we want to note is that this treat melted almost immediately (which isn’t unexpected in Florida), but it also stained our hands purple! Like even after washing our hands and using wet wipes, our hands were still purple.

If you’re a fan of Buzz Lightyear and cheesecake (a sentence we could never have predicted writing today), this would probably be a fun treat for you. If you’re not a cheesecake fan or you would prefer to not walk around Disney Springs with purple hands, you might want to skip it.
