REVIEW: Mediocre New Pride Tart Arrives at Woody’s Lunch Box in Disney’s Hollywood Studios

June is Pride Month and Walt Disney World is celebrating with merchandise and treats. At Disney’s Hollywood Studios, a new pride lunch box tart is available at Woody’s Lunch Box in Toy Story Land.

Pride Lunch Box Tart – $4.29

Guava-filled Pastry coated in Purple Vanilla Fondant and topped with Rainbow Sprinkles, Sour Ribbon Candy, and a Blue Chocolate Mickey

The tart has purple fondant on the top, with a stripe of sour rainbow candy across it and a blue Mickey on top of that.

It’s a good treat, but not great.

The pastry is buttery and crumbly.

The Mickey chocolate piece doesn’t do much for the treat and the sour candy was like rubber to bite through. But the latter did help cut down the buttery taste of the pastry.

The guava inside is just a thin layer. It could have been great with just another spread of it.
