This week, we make our way out to D-Luxe Burger at Disney Springs in honor of National Burger Day! Join us as we try some specialty burgers and Milkshakes!
THE BURGERS
We were fortunate enough to try 3 burgers from D-Luxe’s new revamped menu, the Classic Cheeseburger, Barbecued Burger, and Pizza Burger. Each burger was delicious, and very unique in its own way!
The Classic Cheeseburger (top right): This burger is your standard cheeseburger, with 2 signature-blend patties, cheddar cheese, 1921 sauce, lettuce, tomato, and pickles. We found this burger to be quite delicious, with the 1921 sauce as the star of the show. The cheddar also has a great flavor that stands out and goes very well with the sauce. If you’re looking for a simple yet solid burger choice, this is the one to choose!
The Barbecued Burger (top left): This burger is a little more adventurous, with 2 patties, muenster cheese, bacon, lettuce, barbecue sauce, and topped with a fried onion ring. The barbecue sauce on this burger was fantastic. The sweetness of the sauce really complimented the saltiness of the bacon. The sweet and salty experience here really makes this burger stand out!
The Pizza Burger (bottom): Our last burger we tried has 2 patties with pepperoni, fried mozzarella, lettuce, and tomato sauce on a parmesan-tomato herb bun. This burger tastes exactly like you think it would, in the best way! The spice that comes along with the pepperoni is a real stand-out in this one, delivering some subtle heat. If you’re having a hard time deciding on a pizza or burger, this is the perfect choice!
THE SHAKES
To end our meal, we were able to try 2 of the Artisanal Milkshakes! We tried the Cookies ‘n Cream Gelato Shake and the S’mores Gelato Shake. Both milkshakes went very well with the burgers we tried. Although, the standout of the two was definitely the S’mores Shake. The dark chocolate and bits of graham cracker really added to the overall experience of the shake, and gave it a nice rich flavor.
We were really impressed with everything we tried at D-Luxe burger, and definitely will be coming back in the future to try more food! A big thank you to Disney Springs for having us out, and to you for joining us this week! We’ll see you next time!
