Disney Cruise Line Reservation System to be Temporarily Suspended From March 7 to 9

Disney Magic and Disney Dream at sea

The Disney Cruise Line reservation system will be unavailable for a system upgrade starting at 4:30 p.m. ET on Monday, March 7, 2022.

Guests using the Disney Cruise Line app are receiving this pop-up to let them know about the downtime. The reservation system will return on the morning of Wednesday, March 9, 2022.

The notification says, “During this time, Guests will not be able to make or access a reservation online or through our Contact Center. Online Check-in, Cruise Activity and Porot Adventure bookings will also be unavailable. Guest with deposits or final payments due during this period will have until Thursday, March 10, 2022, at 10:00 PM (EST) to make their payment.”

This means anyone with payment due during this time will essentially get a little extra time to make the payment. The final payment deadline was recently extended for some Disney Magic and Disney Wonder sailings.

If you’re thinking about making a Disney Cruise Line reservation, make sure to secure it before the afternoon of March 7 or plan to make it after March 9.
