If You Have A Sweet Tooth, Head To This Limited-Time Snack Cart at Disneyland!

The Lunar New Year Festival has begun at Disney California Adventure, and we’re here to check out all the exciting entertainment, merchandise, and — of course — EATS.

Lunar New Year Arts & Crafts

This event has several booths where you can get themed snacks inspired by Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese cuisine. Let’s head to one cart that’s serving up a variety of Lunar New Year treats.

We’re visiting the Grand Californian Hotel Holiday Cart, which is located at — you guessed it — Disney’s Grand Californian Resort. This cart has a few crowd-pleasing treats for the festival, and we’re going to take a look at what it offers.

Menu

You’ll find many delicious treats at the GCH Holiday Cart, including a Whoopie Pie, pretzel sticks, and cookies.

The Menu

Let’s take a look at the snacks!

Eats

When we visited, the cart didn’t have the Tiger cookies yet, but we did see some other delicious sweets. The Lantern Whoopie Pie is a whoopie pie filled with vanilla buttercream and dipped in pearl sprinkles. You can try one for $9. It’s also got a pretty gold lantern printed on it.

We’re switching over to a saltier snack now with the Assorted Pretzel Sticks, which are tiger-striped chocolate pretzel sticks. Wondering what’s with the tiger stripes? This year is the year of the tiger! (That’s also why you’ll see Tigger around at this year’s festival.) The pretzel sticks are $12 each.

We’re not about to stop there, though. We’re switching themes because there are some yummy-looking Valentine’s Day treats here, too. Check out the Heart-Shaped Linzer Cookie — it’s a Linzer cookie with a Valentine’s Day theme. You can grab this for $9.

And in keeping with the Valentine’s Day theme, you can also pick up a Mickey-Shaped Valentine Cookie. And look at that smile on Mickey! This cookie is $9.

The Mickey-shaped Tiger cookies listed on the menu were not available on the first day of the festival, but we’ll be on the lookout for them to pop-up! Keep following DFB for more updates on the Lunar New Year Festival in Disney California Adventure!
