There are A LOT of different snacks to try when you’re visiting Disney World.

And, if you’ve been following us for a little while here at DFB, you know that we’re suckers for some carbs (especially the ones covered in CHEESE). So, today we’re taking you along with us on a special type of “crawl” — a PRETZEL CRAWL! So, where can you find the best pretzels in Disney World and how can you get to them all in one day? Well, it’s time to put on those stretchy pants because we’re laying out how to have one salty, carby, and cheesy day!

First Stop: Magic Kingdom

Warm Cream Cheese Stuffed Pretzel from the Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland

There’s a long day of pretzel eating ahead, so we’re headed to Magic Kingdom to start the day off with a pretzel that could be considered breakfast — the Sweet Cream Cheese Pretzel. It’s a soft, warm pretzel that is covered in breadcrumbs and the inside is filled with cream cheese frosting for $6.79. So, it can count as a bagel and cream cheese, right?

Now, this pretzel can be hard to find in Disney World and it tends to disappear and reappear from time to time, but Lunching Pad is typically the place to find it in Magic Kingdom. They can also be found at Pretzel Palooza in Hollywood Studios (f you want to save it for later in the crawl).

Pepper Jack Pretzel from the Magic Kingdom Churro Wagon

Next up in Magic Kingdom, you’ll be headed back to the Churro Wagon in Frontierland where you’ll find the Pepper Jack Pretzel for $7.25 (which has also been known as the Jalapeño-Cheese Pretzel). We’ve been big fans of the pepper jack cheese stuffed pretzels and we’ve even been known to add a side of plastic cheese to it for an extra $1.

This is another pretzel that tends to come and go in Magic Kingdom, but when it is available, it’s a must-do for the pretzel crawl!

Second Stop: EPCOT

With two pretzels down, it’s time to hop on the monorail and head on over to EPCOT! You’ll have to make the trek all the way back to World Showcase for these next ones, but it should give you plenty of time to digest all of those pretzels and work up an appetite for more!

Norwegian Kringla (AKA Sweet Pretzel) from Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe

First up in EPCOT is the Norwegian Kringla (aka the Sweet Pretzel) at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway Pavilion! And, this one isn’t just your average pretzel — it’s better! The Pretzel-shaped pastry comes with assorted toppings so you can choose between cinnamon, almonds, or chocolate to pair with that salty, delicious dough.

It’ll cost ya $6.29 and you’ll want to be sure that you’ve got some napkins on hand because this one can get messy but it’s oh so worth it. And grab a Viking Coffee to wash it down with!

Jumbo Pretzel from Sommerfest

Now, there’s been a lot of fancy pretzels up to this point, so now it’s time for something a bit more traditional — the Jumbo Pretzel from Sommerfest in the Germany Pavilion. Now, this one is a bit pricey coming in at a whopping $10, but it is GIANT. Plus, it’s an authentic German pretzel so it has the dense, slightly chewy, and easily tear-able texture with just the right amount of salt.

So, slap on some Gulden’s Spicy Brown Mustard or eat it without anything fancy on the side — trust us, there’s plenty more dipping to come!

Third Stop: Disney’s Hollywood Studios

Now it’s time to exit out of World Showcase to Disney’s BoardWalk and hop on the Skyliner or catch a boat over to Disney’s Hollywood Studios! It’s not the shortest journey, but you’ve got quite a few more carbs to consume so you can let your stomach clear some space while you travel.

Bavarian Pretzel from BaseLine Tap House

We’re really only making a pit stop here at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, but the Bavarian Pretzel from BaseLine Tap House is too good to miss if your day is dedicated solely to the salty snack!

The pretzel is served with beer-cheese fondue and spicy mustard, but it’s the cheese that really makes this pretzel a must-have, even for the higher cost of $9. Plus, you can grab a drink while you’re here and do some people-watching before heading to the next park for even more pretzels.

Fourth Stop: Disney’s Animal Kingdom

By now you’re well into your park-hopping and it’s time to head to the last park — Disney’s Animal Kingdom (which you can do by taking a Disney bus).

Colossal Pretzel from Pongu Pongu

Pandora — The World of Avatar is home to some fan-favorite attractions, but it’s also the next stop for our pretzel crawl! The Colossal Pretzel can be found at Pongu Pongu and not only is it GIANT (literally, the size of your face), but it’s also served with a side of BEER cheese for $10.49.

We’ve raved about this pretzel before and we’ll continue to sing its praises because it’s got everything that you want in a pretzel (especially after you’ve already eaten five). It’s salty, chewy, and dipped in cheese — what more could you ask for?

Fifth Stop: Disney Springs

By now you may be questioning if there really is a limit on how many carbs you should eat in one day, but your journey isn’t done yet! It’s off to Disney Springs by bus you go to wrap up your pretzel tour!

Air Pirate’s Cargo Loaded Pretzel from Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar

Jock Lindsey’s Hangar Bar is your final stop on this pretzel crawl and we’re not going to say that we saved the best for last, but we certainly saved the most elaborate for last. You’ll want to order up the Air Pirate’s Cargo Loaded Pretzel which is served with prosciutto, sliced brats, artisan pepperoni, smoked cheddar, black diamond cheddar, caraway pickles, spicy mustard, and beer cheese fondue for $22.

Is it pricey? Yes. Is it worth it? We think so! There’s so much on here that it has more of a charcuterie board feel than a pretzel feel and there’s no chance you’ll walk away from it hungry (though you may somehow still want more). If you’re too full from all of the other pretzels from this quest, you can also just get the Air Pirate’s Pretzel served with spicy German mustard and beer-cheese fondue for $8.

BONUS Pretzel

If six pretzels in one day just aren’t enough for you, we’ve even added in a BONUS pretzel that to add to your crawl! Make a pit stop in any of the parks and pick up a Mickey Pretzel or a Simba Pretzel (which you can only find in Disney’s Animal Kingdom).

The pretzel itself is pretty basic but it’s shaped like a Disney character and it usually comes with plastic cheese (and you know how we feel about plastic cheese!). What more could you ask for in a solid Disney pretzel?
