EPCOT took a step towards a more sustainable future recently, as the park is debuting a new cast member costume made partially from recycled plastic bottles.

The seafoam green costume, worn by the Festivals Team, sports the new World Showcase icon, which has been featured, along with all the new and reimagined pavilion icons, in the flags now flying at the park’s entrance.

While only the Festivals Team was mentioned, this new outfit could prove to be a possible replacement for the World Showcase costumes seen at the festivals, which featured the flags of all eleven countries with pavilions, as seen below.

The next festival scheduled is the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, which kicks off this Friday, November 26th.
