REVIEW: Gideon’s Bakehouse in Disney World Is READY For Spooky Season!

We’ve tried several Halloween-themed snacks around Disney World already.

Gideon’s Bakehouse

Some of the spooky snacks have been very tasty! We have HIGH expectations for one particular Disney World restaurant, since they excel at creating DELICIOUS treats with pretty morbid stories and selling them in a little gothic shop. Let’s go see what Gideon’s Bakehouse has in store for us this October!

First up, they have a set of TWO new cookies themed after Frankenstein and his bride. Both cookies are limited edition. The Frankenstein Cookie is stitched together with chocolate candies, Double Stuff Oreos, and M&Ms. It costs $6.

Frankenstein’s Bride is a similar cookie, but it features white chocolate, Golden Oreos, and M&Ms. This one costs $6. The Golden Oreos were a great addition to this cookie! We weren’t huge on the M&M’s, but this was still a great cookie.

If cookies aren’t your thing, there will also be the returning limited-edition Frankenstein Cake Slices, available every day of October in Disney Springs. You can grab a slice for $9.

There’s also Mephestophelittle’s Snack Cake, which is a little chocolate shadow cake with pumpkin filling and chocolate glaze!

This treat is only available on October 2nd & 3rd, so get this one quick! This little cake was the perfect size and reminded us of devil’s food with a pumpkin spice flair.

There’s a limit of two limited-edition cookies, snack cakes, and slices of cake per paying customer, but you’ll still want to get to Gideon’s quick because these do sell out!

To wash it all down, we grabbed the limited-edition Pumpkin Chai Nitro Cold Brew. It’s cold-brew coffee with real cinnamon, ginger, cardamom, white pepper, nutmeg, and clove spices. The Cold Brew is available for $6! Be sure to stir this one because a lot of the flavor settles at the bottom! This one was a bit more Christmasy than we expected, it was very heavy on the chai flavors, so keep that in mind.

To go along with these items, Gideon’s has some new merchandise as well! You can get a Pumpkin Chai Cold Brew Candle for $26
