To help answer some questions, one might turn to My Disney Experience!
The My Disney Experience app and website both offer a live chat feature where guests can type their questions and wait for a Cast Member to reply. (It’s the tile called “Chat With Us” in the bottom right corner of the app!)
Recently, while trying to use the chat feature, we got an interesting message! An automatic response came up that reads, “…we may not be able to assist you until tomorrow.”
Tomorrow?! It seems like that live chat isn’t so live at the moment.
One thing to keep in mind is that the actual wait time for a reply may vary. A DFB reporter reached out to Disney through the My Disney Experience chat just yesterday and received this same message. But they had a response from Disney within 10 minutes!
Today, our reporter waited for a little over 40 minutes to receive a reply. So, the times really can vary. But that tomorrow message sure does give an initial shock. If you’re looking for a faster reply you might want to call Disney World through the Help Center page on My Disney Experience! Or if you’re at the parks, it may be faster to go to the Front Desk at your hotel or Guest Relations.
