Isidore Mankofsky, who worked as the cinematographer for both The Muppet Movie and Walt Disney World’s MuppetVision 3D, has passed away at age 89. Mankofsky also worked on several episodes of “The Magical World of Disney” and the TV movie Ewoks: The Battle for Endor.
