Monday Merch Meeting: Jerrod Maruyama, Flower & Garden, Fabiola Garza, Masks, Trinket Trays & More!

Every time I write one of these in the late hours of Monday evening delirium (Sydney time), for some reason in my head, I always sing Happy Monday to you in the tune of the Happy Birthday song. So as we begin, I want you to picture me singing that to you with one eye closing slightly as we run through this week’s meeting.

Disney Parks Collection by Jerrod Maruyama

Cute doesn’t even begin to describe this line of merch. I absolutely adore that cutesy icon-style of Disney design, and this collection brings it full circle in a whole heap of handy, practical things you can use around the home. What’s more fun than that?

Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway Dress for Women

I do fancy a Disney Dress, and the new Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway Dress for Women, $128, comes in this charming pattern, perfect for those spring dinners outside with family.

EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival 2021 Dooney & Bourke Crossbody Bag & Shopper Tote

Dooney & Bourke releases seem more frequent than ever at the moment, and had it not been the EPCOT International Flower and Garden Festival 2021 collection, I might have been tempted not to include them just on principle. The upside is, they are beautiful, elegant, and artistic. The floral Minnie Mouse pattern on a crisp blue backdrop is quite impressive.

Disney Parks Trinket Trays

These would make a really unique, inexpensive gift for any Disney lover. A place to keep jewelry or keys, even coins as you come in the door. Each is priced at $17.99, with six designs to fall in love with.

The Child Mini Bean Bag Plush

Fans of Star Wars: The Mandalorian’s popular character The Child will love these four mini bean bag plush toys. Each priced at $16.99; you can collect them all. If you are only after one, clearly, the bowl of squid is the best.

The Child Matching Pins

If plush toys aren’t your thing, you can satisfy your love of this character with one of four matching pins now available for $15.99 each. Be quick; these are limited releases.

New Ear Headbands

These are so fun; I couldn’t wait to add them to this week’s agenda. The mini light-up balloons are so whimsical, and the Disney California Adventure 20th Anniversary ears, in celebration of the park’s 20th anniversary, marked on February 8th of this year, are absolutely awesome. They are also an excellent option for our sons who want an ear collection but only seem to find the sorcerer option in the parks.

Briar Rose Gold Masks

If I were wearing a face mask on a daily basis down here in Australia, it would be both of these. Yes, both. The Walt Disney World Briar Rose Gold Mask by Spirit Jersey, and Disneyland Briar Rose Gold Mask by Spirit Jersey, are a great way to protect yourself while sporting that Disney fashion flair that makes you feel good. Both are priced at $12.99 each.

Newsprint Wallet and Satchel

I am enjoying the more frequent range of less expensive bag wear that are coming out in trendy prints. Not everyone has the budget for the weekly two-hundred-and-something Dooney & Bourke release, making these more reasonable offerings even more appreciated. The Mickey and Minnie Mouse Newsprint Wallet, $29.99, and Mickey and Minnie Mouse Newsprint Satchel, $39.99, are available now.

Minnie Mouse Polka Dot Wallet and Stachel

Accompanying the above, the Minnie Mouse Polka Dot Wallet, $29.99, and Minnie Mouse Polka Dot Satchel, $39.99, are also available in a delightful design at a reasonable price.

Robin Hood Dooney & Bourke by Fabiola Garza

If you aren’t familiar with her work, Fabiola Garza is a character artist with the Disney Design Group in Florida. Garza has teamed up with Dooney & Bourke to explore her interpretation of the Robin Hood characters for their new Tote, Crossbody, and Barrel Bags.

Glass Mugs

As the seasons start to change, I love working through the afternoons with a hot cup of green tea in a glass mug at my desk. Watching the color change as each cup gets richer in flavor makes me enjoy drinking it even more. Have a look at these four designs, each $14.99.

Epcot’s Flower & Garden Festival Merchandise

If you are looking for more Flower and Garden Festival merch from the parks, keep an eye out here for updates from Deni and Jackie on what’s new for 2021.

And just like that, we are wrapping up our merch recap for another Monday. I hope you’ve found something that made you smile. If not, I’ll meet you back here next week for another crack at it. Have a great week.
