Yesterday, the 6-story-tall Harmonious centerpiece barge arrived on World Showcase Lagoon in EPCOT. As we saw a week ago, the ring barge will be surrounded by giant moveable arms. The second set of arms has now joined the barge on the lagoon. The four arms, two on either side of the ring, are currently in the down position.
