Review! The Mickey Dome Cake Gets a NEW Festive Look in Disney World!

From lots of SNOAP (Disney’s version of snow) to beautifully themed trees, we’ve truly enjoyed the start of the holiday season in Disney Springs!

We’ve especially enjoyed snacking our way throughout the many restaurants and stores in Disney Springs, but the foodie fun is only just beginning! Today, we’re trying a delicious favorite in Disney Springs that’s gotten an adorable holiday makeover!

It’s impossible to miss those adorable Disney themed mini dome cakes at Amorette’s Patisserie in Disney Springs. There’s a classic Mickey dome cake usually available, but we’ve also seen some seasonal variations, like the Minnie Halloween dome cake, or themed creations, like the Baby Yoda dome cake.

But, today we found a holiday dome cake we just HAD to try — it’s the NEW holiday version of the mini Mickey dome cake!

We’ve seen beautiful holiday dome cakes at Amorette’s before, including some Mickey ones, but this one has a new look! Mickey is ready for all kinds of holiday adventures with green buttons and red and green sprinkles adorning his ears.

The cake itself is made of Chocolate Chiffon Cake, Dark Chocolate Mousse, and White Chocolate Mousse. Plus, we tasted some white chocolate crunch pearls inside!

We definitely love the look of this treat — it’s not overly complicated, but it’s super cute and totally photo-worthy. But what’s it like in terms of taste? We call it creamy, chocolaty, and festive! Chocolate lovers will ADORE this treat and we love the holiday vibes.
