Here at DFB, there’s no question that food is important to us. That’s why we take major notice when restaurant menus are sporting new changes!

We visited Paradiso 37 in Disney Springs earlier this year after its reopening to see what they were serving up! We recently noticed a handful of changes to its Latin-inspired menu and we’re here to fill you in!

The Paradiso 37 menu offers items influenced by Latin culture, including tapas, margaritas, and even some delicious mini ice-cream cones. This restaurant has been using a limited menu since its reopening and is now showing some major changes!

Let’s get started with the appetizers! The menu previously offers Chips and Salsa but this option has now been removed. It appears to have been replaced with a WHOLE bunch of different dipping options! These options now include P37 Salsa for $6.00, P37 Queso Dip for $12.00, P37 Guacamole Dip for $14.00, P37 Spinach Dip for $14.00, and the Paradiso 37 Dipping Trio which includes salsa, guacamole, and queso for $16.00.

Still on appetizers, the Beef Empanadas are now described as “San Juan-style,” and no longer have the option to be served with pineapple chutney!

The description for the Border Nachos has changed up a little bit, too! This item is now listed to serve two people. The nachos now include corn tortillas, cheese sauce, chili con carne, P37 Cheese, shredded lettuce, sour cream, pico de gallo, and jalapenos. The price has increased from $18.00 to $19.00.

We also noticed some salads have been removed from the appetizer portion of the menu! The Classic Caesar with Steak, the Classic Caesar with Shrimp, and the Classic Caesar with Chicken are no longer listed on the menu.

Don’t worry though, it looks like there are some appetizers returning! The South American Crazy Corn (which we’ve tried and LOVED) is back on the menu and we’re super pumped about it! It costs $16.00.

Additionally, we have the return of the Big Smoke Poutine! We tried this app a few years ago under the name “Canadian Poutine,” but it has swapped cheese sauce for cheese curds. It serves two and costs $18.00.

Another addition to the menu is the Peruvian Salchipapas, featuring P37 Fries, sliced sausage, aji amarillo, cilantro-lime crema for $16.00.

It also looks like some more salads have made it onto the menu! One option is the Wall Street Caesar Salad for $14.00. They also have the Harbour Island Tropical Salad for $19.00, the Sonora Ranchero Salad for $24.00, and the Peel Street Chopped Salad for $16.00.

It also appears that the “Handhelds” section of the menu featuring burgers is no more! However, the Columbian Burger has now moved to the entrees portion of the menu. The meat-free burger option was once a vegan Beyond Burger, but is now listed as the P37 Veggie Burger featuring a “plant-based burger.”

Under the Flatbreads section of the menu, there are the additions of the Napa Valley Vegan Flatbread for $22.00, the Philadelphia Flatbread for $22.00, and the Havana Flatbread for $20.00.

Now onto the entrees! The Cedar Plank-roasted Salmon Filet is no longer on the menu. The Herb Roasted Half Chicken now has a different name, the LaPaz Roasted Half Chicken.

There are a handful of new entree items as well. Some options for seafood lovers include the Patagonian Seared Salmon for $33.00 and the Authentic Nola Shrimp Po’Boy for $23.00. Other options include the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich for $21.00, the Honolulu Pulled Pork Sandwich for $18.00, the North Carolina Style BBQ Pork Ribs for $30.00, and the Mexican Burger for $21.00.

Now it’s time to talk dessert! There seems to have been an addition of Mexico City Churros! These seem to be a little different than the churro dishes we’ve seen here in the past. There are also additions of the Brazilian Brigadeiro for $13.00 and the Florida Sunshine Orange Cake for $14.00.

The Children’s Menu has slimmed down quite a bit, leaving only a cheeseburger, cheese pizza, hot dog, and chicken tenders.

The offerings of sides are pretty similar, but they now include Pao de Queijo, a Brazilian cheese bread, for $9.00. The french fries now have the option of coming wasabi, BBQ, or truffle style.

Whew! Those are ALL the changes made to Paradiso 37’s menu. We are super excited to see the return of a few beloved dishes (Crazy Corn, we’re looking at you).
