Staying in a Disney World hotel gets you a lot of perks, but staying at a deluxe Disney World hotel comes with a few extra perks.

Of course, you get free tickets to a water park for the day of your arrival. In addition, you have access to Disney World’s expansive transportation system to make your way around the resort. Then there’s Early Theme Park Entry for all parks. Deluxe Disney World hotel guests also get Extended Evening Hours, and this week, Extended Evening Hours will be returning to Magic Kingdom on August 13th.
Extended Evening Hours gives Disney World deluxe hotel guests two extra hours in a theme park after the park officially closes. That means you get extra time in Magic Kingdom to really experience the park at night (warning, though: Fantasyland is DARK at night).

Extended Evening Hours also means shorter lines for rides, and trust me, I’ve been to Magic Kingdom for Extended Evening Hours, and it is SO NICE when everything, including Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, is practically a walk-on. Plus, you’ll get to ride TRON Lightcycle/Run at night with a shorter line — and it was MEANT to be experienced at night. So it’s one hotel perk you’ll certainly want to take advantage of.
