The new property is being developed by MB Signature Properties which is a first for the Mexico-based developer. The property will feature 64 townhomes available for short-term rentals at Princess Way and Seven Dwarfs Lane. (The naming is a bit on the nose but we think it’s cute.)

This specific property is the first part of a $250 million dollar pledge by MB Signature Properties. Princess Village specifically is expected to cost $25 million and open in 2026. In regards to the project, MB CEO José Miguel Barbosa Martin said, ““Our project Princess Village in Osceola County is not only a great real estate product for our clients but also a key driver of economic growth, generating an estimated $35 million impact.”

Staying off property can help you take a break from the crowds!

For anyone staying in the rentals, prices are expected to start at $200 per night. This is just the first of these developments with another one expected to pop up around Disney Springs with an 18-story luxury tower that will begin construction next year with an expected opening in winter 2028.

Disney Springs

As much as we love staying on Disney property for the different hotel perks, we can’t deny that it can be more budget-friendly to stay off-property and drive to the theme parks. Staying off property allows for bigger accommodations if you’re with a large party, access to full kitchens depending on where you’re staying, and more freedom to do activities outside of Disney World.

We love stopping by the Disney Springs resort area if we’re looking to save some money but still have access to some Disney hotel perks like transportation and proximity to the resort. The resort area is made up of Good Neighbor hotels which are hotels that partner with Disney but aren’t owned and operated by Disney.

You can even get Mickey Waffles!

We’re eager to see what the Princess Village will become! We love having options when it comes to our trips to Orlando so we’ll be keeping our eye on this one. In the meantime, you’ll find us staying on Disney property for our early morning Mickey waffles. Don’t forget to keep following DFB for all of your Orlando news and updates.
