After this morning’s delayed opening of three Magic Kingdom lands at Walt Disney World, it now appears that a bear inside the park is reportedly the cause of the issue.
Bear in a Tree at Magic Kingdom
According to WDWMagic, unconfirmed reports state that a bear is in a tree located near Big Thunder Mountain Railroad in Frontierland.
As we shared this morning, Cast Members are stationed at the entrances to Adventureland and Liberty Square, preventing guests from entering the western half of Magic Kingdom.
At the time of press, the following attractions are “temporarily closed”:
- Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
- Walt Disney World Railroad – Frontierland
- Pirates of the Caribbean
- Walt Disney’s Enchanted Tiki Room
- Jungle Cruise
- The Magic Carpets of Aladdin
- Swiss Family Treehouse
