You may have heard about some of our events here at the DIS over the years, and if you’ve wanted to join us for one of them, we’ve got some great news to share! Our next big event is being held this August at the Disneyland Resort, and tickets are on sale now! You’ll find all the details listed below, including hotel room blocks, pricing, and what’s in store for our Private Party at Pixar Pier; take a look! Also, check out our thread on the DISboards regularly, as it is updated with any new details.
DIS/Dreams Event – Disneyland Resort. California Adventure / Pixar Gardens and Pixar Pier
08/04/2023 – Evening Event Pixar Pier and Pixar Gardens
08/05/2023 – DIS Unplugged Live Podcast – location and time to be announced; included with Event admission.
08/04 – 08/06/2023 – Various meet and greets with DIS Unplugged Podcast team members – locations and times to be announced; included with Event admission.
Event Details
(Admission will be limited to 800 attendees)
08/04/2023 – Evening Event – California Adventure / Pixar Gardens and Pixar Pier
We will kick off the evening with a reception in Pixar Gardens, followed by a private party where we will take over all of Pixar Pier!!!!
8:30 pm – Guests will be escorted from Park Main Entrance to Pixar Gardens. Further instructions and specifics to be announced. If you plan on being in the park before our event, we will provide further instructions on what to do closer to the event.
9:00 pm – 11:30 pm – Private Reception in Pixar Gardens. There will be food, beverages, and exciting guests!!!
11:30 pm – 1:00 pm – Private Pixar Pier Party
Enjoy unlimited rides on the following attractions:
- Incredicoaster
- Toy Story Midway Mania
- Pixar Pal-A-Round
- Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind
- Jessie’s Critter Carousel
- Silly Symphony Swings
In addition, the Games of the Boardwalk will be open – step right up and test your skills with midway fun – FREE PLAY with no prizes.
08/05/2023 – Live Podcast – Disney’s Grand Californian Resort & Spa
The time and exact location are to be announced. You must sign up/pay for the entire weekend/party to attend the podcast.
How to Book a Room for DIS/DREAMS Event
For those interested in booking a room in our room block, please get in touch with your Dreams Unlimited Travel agent. If you do not have a dedicated Dreams agent, please feel free to email John Magi and he will forward your request to one of our agents familiar with how to book these rooms – [email protected].
Here is some additional information to help you make a plan:
We have rooms held at both Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa and Disneyland® Hotel
- The room nights we have held are 08/03 – 08/06/23
- Rooms may be available at the group rate before 8/3 and after 8/6 as long as the groups department allows – these could go away at any time, so make sure your agent knows if you want to extend your nights before or after the weekend and they will quote accordingly.
- Pricing:
- Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel® & Spa = $585.00 per night plus 2% ATID Assessment Fee and 15% Occupancy Tax or $684.45 total per night
- Disneyland® Hotel = $440.00 per night plus 2% ATID Assessment Fee and 15% Occupancy Tax or $514.80 total per night
- There are a limited number of rooms at these prices at both hotels so please act fast.
