The Disney Treat You’ll LOVE Eating but HATE Cleaning Up

Spooky season is in full effect at Disney World, and we continue to see more treats make their way into the parks!

It’s Halloween time!

Oogie Boogie Bash starts TODAY in Disneyland, and Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party has been rocking Magic Kingdom since last month. We’ve been on a mission to try all the new Halloween snacks that make their way into the parks for the season, and the treat we tried today was good…that is, if you can actually eat it before it melts all over you!

The Jack Skellington Bubble Waffle is available in Disney Springs at Marketplace Snacks for $8.99. It’s Chocolate Ice Cream served with Chocolate Shavings, Marshmallows, and Orange Sprinkles on top, all in a Bubble Waffle.

We really enjoyed this treat! The chocolate ice cream and bubble waffle were delicious together, and the chocolate shavings and sprinkles added a nice crunch. The ice cream isn’t soft serve, however — it’s harder ice cream, so keep that in mind when you try this treat.

Although we loved the taste, we have to point out that this treat is MESSY! And we mean really, really messy. Our reporter said that with how much it got all over them, a grown adult, they wouldn’t allow their kids to get it because it would get on EVERYTHING.

If you don’t mind mess, or you eat fast, try this!

Even with napkins and wipes, the treat still got everywhere. Also, compared to other bubble waffles at this location, this is a little plain, so if you want some more interesting flavors, try a different option! Maybe the Goofy Peanut Grand Waffle Sundae or the Donald Lemon and Blueberry Waffle Sundae instead!

See what we mean?

If you’re a chocolate person, this treat is definitely for you, but if you’re not a fan of chocolate or messes, we strongly suggest you pass this one by. If you choose to grab it, prepare to use LOTS of napkins.

Lots of other Halloween snacks are available right now in Disney Springs as well, like the Oogie Boogie Nachos, a Hocus Pocus Dole Whip Flight, and a Pumpkin Float. If you’re over in Disneyland, there are tons of new treats we’ll be trying as well since Oogie Boogie Bash starts today, so stay tuned to DFB for our reviews.
