Greetings people of EPCOT, Epcoters, Epcotians, citizens of EPCOT! We are here today on the hunt for all new things we can find. The Florida Blue Medicare lounge is opening today and we plan on checking it out. Let’s get started!
If you missed out on the 50th anniversary Mickey & Minnie Annual Passholder magnet you can now pick it up at Creations Shop in Epcot August 25 through September 21, 2022.
This is the same Annual Passholder magnet that was available in March 2022 at Disney Springs. Passholders that previously picked up the magnet in March 2022 are not eligible for another one. There is no virtual queue set up for this magnet. Each Annual Passholder must be present and show their valid Annual Pass card or Disney MagicMobile pass and government-issued photo ID to receive a magnet.
In Creations Shop, the 50th Anniversary EPCOT Starbucks ‘Been There’ Series mugs are back in stock.
A new Mickey Mouse and friends comic stainless steel water bottle has arrived in Creations Shop at EPCOT.
The Mickey Mouse: The Main Attraction ear headband Peter Pan’s Flight has soared into EPCOT. These ears are number 6 in a series of 12 monthly releases. This ear headband is limited release and features the moonlight skies and the second star to the right from Peter Pan’s Flight. The ear headband also features an embroidered Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary logo.
More Halloween merchandise is arriving in the parks. In Creations Shop we found two new mischievous Stitch Halloween magnets.
The Vans x Walt Disney World 50th anniversary collection is available in Port of Entry in EPCOT.
As we made our way around the World Showcase we stopped in to see Mulan in the China pavilion. She is doing meet and greets inside the temple. Meet and greet times are listed on My Disney Experience app.
The Werther’s Original gingerbread caramel cookie is back on the menu at Karamell-Küche. We also spotted this Wether’s Original caramel chocolate cookie sandwich available.
In the Morocco Pavilion in EPCOT, the Florida Blue Medicare lounge opened today. The lounge is open daily from 12 p.m. – 6 p.m.
The Florida Blue Medicare Lounge is inside the temporarily closed Restaurant Marrakesh in EPCOT’s Morocco Pavilion. To access the Florida Blue Medicare lounge, you must be a Florida Blue Member. You can sign up online or they have a QR code at the entrance to sign up when you arrive.
There is plenty of seating available and complimentary drinks including, Spa Water, cold brew coffee, and Moroccan mint tea.
Each Florida Blue member is handed a cooling towel when they enter the lounge. They also offer free henna tattoos, and watercolor artists at different times throughout the day. There is also a limited number of wristbands available for the Eat to the Beat Concert with reserved seating for Florida Blue members.
Plume et Palette has reopened the full store in the France Pavilion in EPCOT. There were no noticeable changes besides more merchandise now available.
More items have arrived from the Minnie Lavender collection in Plume et Palette. The new items include an apron, tablecloth and magnet.

A new Canada mug from “The Great Outdoors” collection is now available in the Canada Pavilion at Northwest Mercantile. This mug features Mickey Mouse fishing on the back of the mug. You can see the entire collection here.
It was time for some lunch so we decided to try the pepperoni pizza from Connections Eatery. The pizza has changed since the last time we tried it. Previously, the pizza was one large slice with a side salad. Now you receive two slices of pizza and it seems like there is more bang for your buck. The pepperoni pizza was greasy, but a big improvement from the pizza that was previously offered here. Look for our review soon on the website.
It was time to call it a day at EPCOT. As we were heading out we drove past the Goofy Van Disney Vacation Club Billboard. The billboard has more progress since the last time we shared an update and is now painted blue.
