Earlier this month Disney announced the themes for their Springtime Surprise runDisney races, which means those of you participating might be getting your workout routines ready. We’ve seen an Encanto workout in the past, and now you can use another Disney film to break a sweat too — runDisney has released a new Frozen II workout that you can do from home!

AdventHealth has put together a cross-training workout that you can do while you watch Frozen II

The exercises include 10-second squats to do every time Elsa uses her powers, 5 hip fire hydrants whenever Bruni sets something on fire, 10 “Joker” jumping jacks when Olaf makes a joke, and 10 ab crunches when Sven eats a carrot.
