Forget Lattes — Disney Has a Pumpkin Spice CHURRO

It’s that time of year again; Halloween is back at Disneyland!

It’s Halloween Time!

We’ve seen Halloween merchandise start to pop up over on the west coast, and it’s not officially Halloween in Disneyland until we see the giant Mickey pumpkin on Main Street, U.S.A. To celebrate the spooky season, Disney recently announced over 50 Halloween food items coming to Disneyland for the season, and now, they’ve arrived! So, buckle up, because we’re heading to Disneyland to try one of the new Halloween treats.

We’re trying the Pumpkin Spice Churro from the Tomorrowland Churro Cart! It’s a regular churro that’s been rolled in pumpkin spice-flavored sugar. You can also get it served with Brown Butter Cream Cheese dipping sauce! Sounds pretty amazing, right? This treat looks delicious, but how does it taste?

This churro is pretty good! The pumpkin flavor isn’t super strong, especially if you dip it into the sauce. It’s so mild, that we think even people who aren’t fans of pumpkin spice will still like it. It mostly just tastes like a standard Disneyland churro (which are delicious, don’t get us wrong!), with a little whisper of pumpkin flavor.

It kind of just tastes like a standard Disneyland churro!

The brown butter cream cheese sauce really goes perfectly with that small amount of pumpkin spice flavor. If you’re looking for a treat that leans heavily into the pumpkin spice, this one isn’t for you, but if you’re just looking to change it up and get something different than a typical churro, we would recommend this one!

If this sounds like something you would enjoy, you can head on over to the Tomorrowland Churro Cart in Disneyland and pick one up. This churro will cost you $5.75, and the cream cheese sauce will cost you an extra $1.50. It’s only around for the fall season, so you’d better act fast if you want to try one — they’re only available through November 10th.

Looking for more Halloween fun over at Disneyland? We’ve already tried so many new Halloween snacks, like Ghost Pepper Nachos, a Blood Orange Shake, and more. Plus, Haunted Mansion Holiday (the Nightmare Before Christmas overlay at Haunted Mansion) has officially returned!

And if you’ve got a ticket for Oogie Boogie Bash (which is now, unfortunately, sold out), then get excited because it’s just around the corner! We’ll be reporting live from the first night of Oogie Boogie Bash, so make sure to stay tuned to DFB for all the latest updates.
