A Photo Tour of Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort

At more than 200 acres, Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort is the largest resort on Disney property. Its rooms are divided into five brightly colored villages representing different areas of the Caribbean; Trinidad, Martinique, Barbados, Aruba, and Jamaica.

I’ve recently walked the resort, and it’s a nice walk, just not when it’s 100 degrees out. The best part is that this resort has the Skyliner and is within walking distance of the Riviera Resort.

Old Port Royale is the “port of entry,” giving guests access to check-in, concierge services, hotel amenities, and dining.

In the lobby, you can find Centertown Market, which is a quick-service dining location. You can also find Calypso Trading Post where you can shop for merchandise or even food and drinks for your hotel room.

Sebastian’s Bistro is a table service restaurant that offers waterfront dining next to the Banana Cabana outdoor bar and lounge. The main pool and marina are located in this area as well. As of writing this article, Sebastian’s is only open Thursday to Monday for dinner starting at 4:30 pm. Another dining area not located in the main area of the resort is Spyglass Grill. Spyglass Grill is located in the Trinidad area of the resort, and my little legs could not make it over to that area in time to beat the storm that was rolling in.

This resort is one of those that really makes you feel like you on vacation because of that tropical, laid-back vibe. The music, the bright colors, and the smell of the lobby gives off that fun Caribbean vacation feel that will kick off your Disney trip the right way.
