If you love cookies, you’ve probably been to Gideon’s Bakehouse.

You’ve also probably stood in line to try some of their limited flavors, too, like the Cookie Truffles, the Rocky Road Cookie, or the Orange Pecan Chocolate Chip Cookie. However, Gideon’s just announced a limited cookie that might just be the hardest one to get if you don’t act fast!

The cookie is the Lemon Poppyseed Cookie and it’s available RIGHT NOW. Here’s the deal, though, this is the only time you’ll be able to grab this cookie this year! The cookie uses a premium Callebaut Lemon Chip that is only produced in small volumes, so once it’s gone for the day, it’s GONE. There will be a limited number available starting today through August 26th.

We can’t even promise it will be available if you head to Disney Springs RIGHT NOW, but we’re recommending that if you want a shot at getting your hands on it, hop in your car and GO!

We tried this cookie back in September of 2021 and it did NOT disappoint!

If, for some reason, you don’t get a shot at this cookie, though — there are still a lot of delicious things to eat at Gideon’s — we recommend the Original Chocolate Chip and the Peanut Butter Crunch. Also, be sure to grab a Peanut Butter Cold Brew!

Keep in mind that if Gideon’s is especially busy, you may have to sign up for a virtual queue because the space inside the shop is pretty small. A host will be available in front of the shop take your name and cell phone number and you’ll get a message once it’s your time to go inside!
