A new ad has been released to show off the ideas behind Storyliving by Disney.

The commercial promises “charming new home communities where Disney storytelling takes on a personal style.” It adds that Disney is looking at locations across the United States to build new communities.

The first of these will be Cotino in Rancho Mirage, California. Ground was broken on the complex back in April. Construction on Cotino is set to begin in 2023, with the first residents expected to be welcomed the following year. In the meantime, concepts for the houses to be offered have been revealed ahead of sales opening up next year.
