FIRST LOOK at Disney’s New Reusable Treat Bags for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

Happy Halloween, everyone!

Halloween is here!

We know what you’re thinking — “but it’s only mid-August?!” And, you’re right! But, Disney World starts celebrating Halloween EARLY and we’ve already seen the return of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party! In fact, we’re live from the party right now so we can bring you ALL of the updates on what’s new and what’s returning this year. And now, we have a look at something brand NEW and pretty cool, let’s check it out!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party includes a lot of fun activities, like dance parties, ride overlays, photo opportunities, and more. But, what would Halloween be without trick-or-treating?! Of COURSE there’s trick-or-treating at the party, and it’s not just for kids!

Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party

You don’t even have to worry about bringing a plastic pumpkin bucket with you to hold the candy, because Disney will give you a treat bag for you to use throughout the night. In the past, the bag has just been a disposable plastic one with some fun designs on it.

But, this year, there’s a brand-new reusable bag design! Yep, Disney is bringing its promise of sustainability to trick-or-treating.

How cute!

On this year’s bags, one side says “Let’s Boo This!” while the other has the 50th Anniversary logo. (You know, the logo that has been on seemingly EVERYTHING? 😂)

Gotta rep the 50th Anniversary!

They’re a fair size, so they should be able to fit all that candy that you hope to collect throughout the night. Fingers crossed that we get to bring home a sizable stash!

Pretty spacious!

We picked ours up as we entered the party — Cast Members were handing them out on the side pathway behind Main Street, U.S.A. (That’s the way that they direct party guests who enter Magic Kingdom after 4PM.)

We love this year’s design!

Remember, Disney has a partnership with Mars Wrigley, so you’ll get candy like Snickers, M&Ms, and Skittles — you won’t find any Hershey’s products in those treat buckets!
