BEST Value Quick Service Restaurants at Disney World for 2023

With over 200 places to eat in Disney World, it can be a bit tricky to figure out where you want to grab a meal!

Look at all that FOOD!

There definitely are a lot of options, from your traditional theme park food to stuff that’s completely outside of the box. But, sometimes TOO many options can be overwhelming. So, that’s why we’re here! We’ve tried out ALL of the restaurants in Disney World so we can tell you which places are worth your time and money. So, let’s talk about the BEST value quick-service restaurants in Disney World for 2023!

First of all, what is a quick-service restaurant? This term might be unfamiliar to you, which is totally okay! We’re here to help. Quick-service spots are places where you generally order at the counter and then bring your food to a table yourself. You’ll also see it being called counter-service in some instances. These are not spots where you are waited on, like you would be at a table-service restaurant — think of it as fast food! They’re typically more casual and less expensive.

Spread at Connections Cafe in EPCOT

Also, keep in mind that the Disney Dining Plan has STILL not returned to Disney World. So, there is no option to pre-pay for your meals right now. Disney has said that the Dining Plan will be returning in the future, they just haven’t announced when that will happen.

We don’t mess around when it comes to Disney food!

There are a BUNCH of quick-service spots around Disney World, but which are the best bang for your buck? We’re here to tell you! Let’s break it down.

Magic Kingdom

Casey’s Corner

Casey’s Corner is a Magic Kingdom staple! It’s located on Main Street, U.S.A. and has a beautiful view of Cinderella Castle. This place serves pretty standard theme park food — hot dogs and fries! You can get chili-cheese loaded hot dogs or fries, and they even have plant-based options. This spot also has one of our absolute favorite meals — corn dog nuggets with plastic cheese!

Yum!

You can get a foot-long hot dog for $11.99 and it’s served with fries, which is a lot of food! All of the entrees are between about $9.50-$14 and come with a side or fries or a cuties mandarin orange. You can also get snacks like chili-cheese french fries for $6.49, which are pretty filling!

Plus a plant based option!

This is a hearty meal that you can grab while sitting in front of Cinderella Castle and enjoying the view that won’t break the bank (at least, by Disney standards!). The foot-long hot dogs are also definitely big enough to share with someone in your group.

Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe

These plates are pretty loaded, like the chicken rice bowl that has rice, chicken, peppers, onions, black beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, AND salsa.

Group Shot!

You can also find some cheeseburgers here, as well as a trio of tacos, or some nachos. A lot of these entrees are great to share as well! And, there’s some filling sides here as well, like tortilla chips and black beans. You can also get a side of guacamole for just $2, or a side of queso for $1!

Fresh Fruit Waffle

There’s also some more savory items, like the fan-favorite sweet-and-spicy chicken-waffle sandwich for $11.29. This has broccoli slaw and a honey-sriracha glaze and it’s served with house-made chips, so it can be your whole meal! These waffles are also definitely big enough to split.

We also need to talk about Mobile Order! Mobile Order is a way to place and pay for your order ahead of time at many quick-service restaurants around Disney World. You do this through the My Disney Experience app and it can help you skip those long lines you might have to wait in to order food!

Mobile Ordering pick-up stations

You just pick the restaurant and then pick a time slot that works for you. Once you’re at the restaurant during your time slot, you tap the “I’m Here, Prepare My Order” button and you’ll get an alert when your food is ready! Then, you just pick it up at the order window it indicates, which will let you skip the normal ordering line.

Make sure you’re a Mobile Order pro before arriving at Disney World!

However, do note that Mobile Ordering isn’t ALWAYS faster and it has to be used properly. Sometime, a lot of Mobile Orders can stack up and you can be waiting in line for a long time to pick up your Mobile Order. We’d suggest taking a look at the lines to gauge what your fastest option is.

You might still have to wait with Mobile Order!

Also, some of the more popular spots can get their time slots filled up pretty quickly, so if you REALLY want to get food from a certain spot, we’d suggest placing your order several hours before you actually want to eat. That way, you can relax knowing that you definitely will get that food!
