An Amazing New Lunch Is Just a Monorail Ride Away from Magic Kingdom

New food is constantly arriving in Disney World, and that’s something to get excited about!

Gasparilla Island Grill

This week we’ve been enjoying a TON of new Princess-themed snacks in honor of World Princess Week. However, while we were hunting down all those Princess snacks, we found a new SANDWICH to try!

It’s a Chicken and Brie Sandwich, and well, just the mention of Brie (aka CHEESE) made us want to try this new snack out. It’s made with Grilled Chicken, Ham, Spinach, Raspberry Mustard, and Mayonnaise on a Brioche Bun served with French Fries or House Made Chips. We went for the chips as a side.

With chips!

What we really liked about this sandwich is that it felt hearty, but not super overfilling like a burger might. We even got some Thanksgiving vibes from it thanks to the combo of raspberry mustard with Brie cheese. All the flavors blended well together.

Giving off Thanksgiving vibes

Yes, there is a LOT going on with this sandwich, and in this case, it works! We also loved the chips — they had a great potato flavor with a good crunch. We will say this and it’s only because this is US talking — we wanted even more cheese.

We’d order again!

Overall, it’s a good sandwich, although it does give off those fall vibes. It’s also a healthier option if you’re looking for a sandwich alternative to a burger. Grab it now at Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa for $11.99.

Looking for even more snacks? As you may know, Halloween treats have arrived, and we’ve been reviewing ALL of them. We’ve also got reviews up for all the food at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party!

Speaking of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, we were there on the first night and checked out all the entertainment and characters you can see during the party — so be sure to check that out, too!
