Hello from Magic Kingdom! We’ve got a lot happening today in preparation for the Fourth of July, so let’s get started.
It’s a holiday weekend, so be prepared for the big rush of crowds! It was pretty busy all day today.
There were plenty of new water bottles available at the Emporium today, including Grogu, the Amazing Spider-Man, Black Panther Wakanda Forever, and Mickey Mouse. Full details on all of the day’s merchandise finds can be found in our merchandise roundup!
These larger water bottles feature Black Panther Wakanda Forever, Spider-Man, & Star Wars.
Star Traders has two new Mickey Mouse pins, do these characters look familiar? The pin on the left is Mickey in his conductor outfit from the 1935 cartoon “The Band Concert,” and the pin on the right is Mickey from “The Brave Little Tailor.”
Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. at the exit of Space Mountain has a rainbow Pride Star Wars magnet on the shelves.
It was time for lunch! We made our way over to Pinocchio Village Haus to try the new Chicken Souvlaki Flatbread and Baklava for the 50th anniversary.
Time to go! The crowds were getting pretty intense, so we decided to take a break from the park and visit some of the resorts.
Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort had a bunch of new open edition pins today at Boutiki featuring Stitch & Angel, Disgust from Inside Out, and Hector & Miguel pins from Coco.
We arrived back in Magic Kingdom later in the day to check out some of the happenings for the Fourth of July celebrations, like this DJ dance party in Tomorrowland.
DJ parties were also happening in Frontierland, and at the Castle stage when we went back to get ready for fireworks.
We got in position early to get a good view of Celebrate America! A Fourth of July Concert in the Sky; it’s the first time the show has been back since 2019!
What a great way to end the day, have a safe and happy Fourth of July, and thanks for following along today.
