Do we have some cooking fans in the house here?
Personally, whenever we ride Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure in EPCOT, it reminds us how fun and creative cooking can be. Did you know Disney even has official cookbooks to help you make some recipes to bring Disney magic into your home? Sometimes though, Disney will post some recipes online too, and we feel we have to try their most recent one — because it’s ratatouille!
So let’s make some ratatouille together!
- 2 eggplants
- 3 big tomatoes
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 zucchinis
- 1 onion
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Mixed herbs
- 2 cloves pressed garlic
Begin by washing and slicing your zucchinis, eggplants, bell peppers, and tomatoes, and then slice the onions. Then arrange the sliced vegetables in an alternating pattern in a single layer in an oven-safe dish.
Next, drizzle the vegetables with olive oil and season with the herbs, salt, and pepper according to your taste. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30-35 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of the time, add your two cloves of pressed garlic and allow them to bake for the rest of the time.
After it’s done baking, take it out and enjoy!
