Getting to Disney World can be…expensive.

Cinderella Castle in Magic Kingdom

Hotel accommodations, flights, and even gas can provide some hefty price tags. But we haven’t mentioned one of the most expensive parts — the park tickets! With Standard Theme Park Tickets starting at $109 a day, getting into the parks can cost quite a bit. But…would you believe us if we said some Disney merchandise is even more expensive than the cost to get INSIDE the parks? Well, it’s true, and we’re going to take a look at some of those items right now.

The Dress Shop Collection

Looking for a vintage Disney dress? Well…it’ll cost ya. The Dress Shop Collection releases vintage dresses with Disney prints and patterns, like the 50th Anniversary Dress!

50th Anniversary Dress

Each dress features a vintage-style body, with fun accents — like the gold sash and pockets seen on the 50th Anniversary Dress. But be prepared to drop some money, as these dresses are $128!

Disney x COACH 50th Anniversary Collection

Of course, it’s expected that Disney’s COACH collection would cost a pretty penny. But still…some of these prices are pretty unbelievable. The collection includes items like the Black Leather COACH Mickey Ears. These leather ears are decorated with a variety of Disney World-inspired patches and metal pins, including a Fantasyland Castle patch, a logo patch, a ’71 pin, and more!

Now, about the price tag. These ears are $295(!!), making them one of the most expensive pairs of ears around.

The collection also has a $595 backpack. You read that right — $595! The Mickey Mouse & Friends Backpack has an all-over design of the COACH logo and little pictures of Mickey and the gang.

And while it’s absolutely adorable, it’s definitely one of the pricier items we’ve seen. The entire collection (excluding this mug) comes with prices that soar above the cost of a park ticket, so we’ll just obsess from afar.

These ears are $500 EACH!

We found them at Uptown Jewelers in Magic Kingdom, and our bank accounts laughed at us while we stared at them.

Dooney & Bourke Collections

We can’t forget to mention the Dooney & Bourke Collections! Each of these collections has a variety of bags, which usually include a Wallet, Crossbody, Satchel, and Tote. And while these Disney-inspired bags are cute, they are veeeeery expensive.

Wallets are the cheapest items, usually clocking in at around $168. And Totes are on the opposite end of the spectrum, and can be as high as $328.
