Welcome to another busy day here at the Universal Orlando Resort. It feels extremely busy today, but we’re prepared for the crowds and ready to take on the summer heat. Let’s check out what’s happening at Universal Studios Florida first.

The crowds have been pretty crazy today. Wait times are high and lines are long. 130 minute wait for Despicable Me: Minion Mayhem.

When Jimmy Fallon has a 50 minute wait, you know the parks are busy.

At least most of the lines are in the shade. It’s a hot day today!

There’s a lot of great Easter eggs in the Fast and Furious queue, including the Trophy Case in the single rider line. Most people don’t take the single rider line and often miss some of these unique details. There are references to “Harry Potter”, “Back to the Future”, and more.

While creeping around Fast and Furious Supercharged, we came across some Halloween Horror Nights construction. Check out more details in our post here.

Another busy day in Diagon Alley. Honestly, it seems to be like this most days. This is not surprising anymore.

There’s just no escape from the crowds in the Wizarding World. Let’s go see how the rest of the park looks.

It doesn’t get much better out here. This might be a good time to walk over to Islands of Adventure and see what’s happening over there.

It doesn’t seem as crowded over here at Islands of Adventure, but maybe most people are just hiding indoors. That sun is intense today!

Green Eggs and Ham has updated their menu with Vegan Tots and Carnitas Tots. We decided to give the Carnitas Tots a try and they did not disappoint. You can watch our video review below.

Sneetch Beach is getting a fresh coat of paint. The beach towels have a base coat on them for now.

It’s nice to see Seuss Landing getting much needed maintenance. There are still a lot of things in the area that need some serious refurbishment, though.

There’s an 85 minute wait for Skull Island: Reign of Kong. This is a good time for us to get out of here.

We’re feeling a little fried after all this time in the sun, so we’re going to get out of here. Thanks for following along with us today. We’ll be back again soon, so make sure you stay tuned to Universal Parks News Today for more updates.
