New ‘Main Street Electrical Parade’ Pin, Apparel, and Magnet Set at Disneyland

More merchandise celebrating 50 years of the “Main Street Electrical Parade” has arrived at Disneyland Resort. We found a limited release pin in 20th Century Music Co. and more merch in Disney Showcase and the Emporium.

Limited Release Main Street Electrical Parade Pin – $17.99

The pin features Mickey leading the parade with his star-topped baton. Behind him is the red drum float reading “Disney Main Street Electrical Parade 50,” with gold dots around the edge and stars representing lights.

Main Street Electrical Parade Youth Hoodie – $34.99

This hoodie has a diagonal split, so the bottom and right sleeve are heather grey.

The top and left sleeve are dark blue and patterned with dotted images of “Main Street Electrical Parade” floats. Mickey, with his star-topped baton, is on the opposite side of the zipper.

A yellow “Main Street Electrical Parade” patch is at the bottom. The stitching on the edges is red.

Main Street Electrical Parade Youth Tee – $24.99

This matching youth tee is mostly heather grey with a blue stripe across the chest. The floats, and the “Main Street Electrical Parade 50” drum logo are on the stripes.

The neck and stitching are red.

Mickey is featured on one sleeve.

Main Street Electrical Parade Button-Up – $59.99

This short-sleeved blue button-up features the same pattern featured on the blue sections of the youth apparel.

A red tag for the parade’s 50th anniversary is on the left sleeve.

Main Street Electrical Parade Denim Jacket – $79.99

This denim jacket has colorful stars painted on triangular panels on the front.

There are three attached pins, one featuring Mickey, one featuring the snail float, and one reading “Disneyland Main Street Electrical Parade 50.”

Mickey, with another cluster of stars, is on the back of the jacket. All of the apparel above was in Disney Showcase.

Main Street Electrical Parade Tank – $36.99

This blue tank has the floats and Mickey in a diagonal line across the front. It ties at the bottom.

The back is blank.

We found this tank in the Emporium, along with the magnets below.

Main Street Electrical Parade Magnet Set – $24.99

There are eight magnets in this set.

Most of the magnets resemble different floats, though there is one of Mickey.

They have transparent backgrounds so stars seem to float around the floats.

There is one magnet of the new finale float inspired by “it’s a small world” and various classic Disney stories.

Check out this new “Main Street Electrical Parade” t-shirt too.

Explore the Kids Clubs on the New Disney Cruise Ship — The Wish

Call us silly, but we think one of the greatest perks of a Disney Cruise is the included child care! We’re not talking about just sticking your kids in the room with a teenager and instructions to order Mickey Bars from room service here.

The Imagineering Lab for kids on board the Disney Wish cruise ship.

Child care on board the Disney Wish cruise ship includes unique spaces, super fun staff to play with and just about any activity you could dream up — and, trust us, many that you would never imagine on your own.

The DFB team has visited every space for babies, toddlers, kids, tweens and teens on the ship! Let’s take a tour with them!

Disney’s Oceaneer Club

This space is designed for ages 3 to 12 and has themed spaces your kids should enjoy no matter their interests! First up, though, you have to check them in. You do that on Deck 3, and then your kiddos SLIDE DOWN to Deck 2 where the club is located. How amazing is this slide?! It’s the rabbit hole, and you slide into Wonderland!

Your kids will LOVE this slide down into the Oceaneer Club!

One thing you need to know about the Oceaneer Club is that it has multiple spaces where your kids can choose to hang out and participate in different activities. There’s a stage in the hub of the club where there will be special shows and character appearances.

Stage in the Oceaneer Club

And check out these Pixar-themed…bathrooms?!!

The Oceaneer Club bathrooms

Now on to some of the themed spaces in the Oceaneer Club that the Wish’s younger passengers can explore.

Fairytale Hall

Disney princess and Frozen queen fans will be able to express themselves in this very regal space.

Kids can create art projects in Rapunzel’s Art Studio

Rapunzel’s Art Studio on board the Disney Wish

We’ve always wanted to visit Belle’s Library, how about you? It’s here on the Disney Wish — and there’s an enchanted painting above the fireplace that will bring tales to life!

Stories come to life in Belle’s Library.

A third themed space in Fairytale Hall is Anna and Elsa’s Sommerhus.

Anna and Elsa’s Sommerhus is home to interactive games for kids.

We’re told that Olaf will be around to play some interactive games and have other Frozen fun!

Walt Disney Imagineering Lab

The Imagineering Lab invites kids to learn secrets of Disney’s Imagineering department and participate in hands-on activities.

The Disney Wish includes an Imagineering Lab for kids!

The Imagineering Lab has a Ride Studio, where kids can design a roller coaster and then take a virtual ride on it. Uh, Disney, could you have an “Adult Night” in the Oceaneer Club on our cruise, pretty please?

Here’s the ride car you climb in for your test drive!

Marvel Super Hero Academy

For kids who are into all things Avengers, there’s this Marvel Super Hero Academy.

Kids can choose a super hero suit

…and watch the mannequin transform into the super hero of their choice before their eyes.

Kids can then put on a suit of their own and participate in Avengers: Mission Training!

Mickey & Minnie’s Captain’s Deck

When kids need to burn off some energy, there is Mickey & Minnie’s Captain’s Deck!

Kids ages 11 to 14 can meet friends and hang out in Edge

The design here is inspired by a New York City loft apartment and features bright backgrounds to take selfies.

Edge

There’s even a snack bar with a faux grass “picnic area.”

Pretty cool, right?!

For older teens (ages 14 to 17), there’s Vibe.

It’s A Small World Nursery

For the youngest people aboard the ship, there’s the It’s a Small World Nursery.

It’s a Small World Nursery

Each section of the space is themed toward a different area of the world, with Pixar, Disney, and Marvel characters “re-imagined” as dolls from the iconic “it’s a small world” attraction.

Toddler play area

Specially-trained Disney counselors will help the littles with age-appropriate games, stories and crafts. And there’s even a sweet nap room.

Nursery on the Disney Wish

We’re fascinated with the mobile-style light fixture!

That’s a look at the kids clubs aboard the Disney Wish cruise ship! The clubs for children ages 4 and up are included with the cost of your cruise. It’s important to note that for the littlest cruisers in the It’s a Small World Nursery, there is an hourly charge for babysitting.
